NO Add A LEAF!!!!
Are you looking at lifts with the single add a leaf? DON'T !!!
They ride Super Stiff... They sag quickly... And they don't flex at all!!
But boy... they sure look nice in a photo on the internet, don't they. Do not be fooled!
Rocky Road Cherokee budget lifts are easy to install, retain the stock suspension comfort and handling, and don't screw up your vehicle.
After installation of a Rocky Road lift, you will still have the same safe, reliable, flexible handling on your daily driver.
For those of you who already have lift springs on your Jeep and want a bit more height, our Budget lifts will work for your Jeep as well. Our coil spacers will add onto any existing spring lift and for your Jeep, same for the rear shackle and mini-blocks.
Rocky Road Budget lifts come in two configurations. Our standard Budget lift includes the basic lift items only. Our "Complete" budget lift systems are also supplied with front AND rear Bar Pin Eliminators which extend your existing shocks. For this reason, Rocky Road has the best 2" add-on lift on the market for your Jeep.

Our kits use a high density polyurethane coil spacer that mount with your stock springs up front. This eliminates the problem with most lifts on the market today.... STIFF springs. Most companies choose the lowest bid when farming out production of their springs, which means the customer oftimes gets stuck with a ride that is worse than stock. Our Budget lift series of kits avoid this headache and keeps your Jeep riding smooth and stable.
On the rear, the 2" system comes with a pair of very heavy duty 1.5" lift shackles and a pair of 1/2" mini-blocks. Same principle as the front. No cheap stiff springs and NO Add A Leaf systems which do absolutely ruin the ride quality of your Jeep. Our system adds onto your existing suspension so your ride quality is absolutely NOT diminished. The only way AAL systems lift is by taking one extremely stiff leaf spring which then jams all the other leafs into a steeper arch. Not only does this make the springpack stiffer overall for worse ride, it also changes the position of the shackle from a slight angle to straight up and down which further increases the suspension's stiffness. Best ride quality is achieved when the shackle is at a tilt which helps the spring cycle easily. New lift springs accomplish this by using longer leafs and shaping them into the arch. Stock springs with AAL's basically just ruin the shackle angle and ruin ride quality. Finally, AAL lifts usually sag very quickly since the one leaf has to do all the work. Rough ride, short-lived, frustrated customers, we're surprised any shops carry these at all.
The 3" Budget lift uses a 1.5" rear lift shackle, 1.5" lift blocks, and our 3" combination coil spacer system. If you're looking for inexpensive 3" lift, our budget system does the trick and does not ruin the ride quality of your vehicle like all Add A Leaf style lifts will. the 3" Budget lift will require longer Ubolts which are available at any local auto parts store.
Why are Rocky Road Budget lifts among the top-selling on the market??? Is it our simple installation? Ride quality? Stability? Safety? It could be these, but the fact that we have the best prices on the planet might have a little something to do with it as well. All Rocky Road kits come with easy to follow installation instructions and most of our customers do perform their own installations. All of our budget lift suspensions also have a lifetime warranty on kit components.
A big difference you'll find between a Rocky Road Complete Budget lift and others is that we give you the option of something very useful for those looking to keep the price down by avoiding having to purchase all new shocks..... BPE Shock Extensions. All other kits only provide coil spacers only, or they give you a bumpstop extension. These extensions look spiffy, but are absolutely unecessary unless you're jumping your Jeep at some sand dunes (bad idea if its your daily driver). Bumpstops are 100% unecessary. Bag that unecessary expense and pick up a kit that will actually improve your suspension flex instead of worsening it. Our Shock Extensions do the trick!!!
Our 1" Comanche Budget lift consists of 1" front coil spacers and our shackles which provide 1" of lift in the rear. An inexpensive way to get a bit more boost out of your Jeep pickup.

Please note: only our "Complete Budget lifts" come with the front and rear BPE's included.
Bar Pin kits are not long enough to properly extend your shocks for a full 3" lift.
Longer Ubolts and shocks are required for the 3" lift. These can be obtained locally if you wish,
or you can pick them up as optional items listed above. These items can also be used on
any of our other budget lifts if you wish, though are not required as with the 3" system.
