|Privacy||Rocky Road Outfitters respects our customer's privacy. All email , address, phone, contact information is used solely for the purpose of successful ordering and shipping of Rocky Road parts. We will never release nor sell your information to any company or organization.|
Orders may be placed via our order form page, but are not considered 'confirmed' until a return email is received for confirmation. Orders may also be placed by our toll free line 888-801-7271, via fax 435-654-6662, or in person at our store. To complete an order by email, we should have your name, phone number, shipping address, credit card and exp date, and a list of the parts you wish to order.
|Method of Payment:||All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping. Payments may be made via money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Paypal. Foreign purchases are subject to any additional fees incurred by currency exchange and/or any other associated fees. We are sorry, but we cannot ship COD or accept checks.|
|Billing practices||Most items we carry are considered "off the shelf" items. "Off the shelf" items are not billed until they are actually shipped. Please note that many items we have are custom items built to customer specs. These items will be billed at the time that they go into production in our facility. Also note that items may need to be special ordered from our suppliers will be billed at the time of order (for example, Rockhopper gears, Wilderness Safari Racks, ARB, IPF, and Old Man Emu equipment, custom backspaced wheels, etc). Once the special, or custom built order is en route to us, it cannot be cancelled nor refunded.|
|Shipping||Unless otherwise requested, shipping will be standard UPS Ground. A valid shipping address is required. Postal delivery can be requested. Please note that there will be additional handling charges for postal service due to the time required in physically bringing the items into a post office. Prices quoted on the website do not include shipping costs.
Please call our store if you wish information on the shipping status of your order. Our email center does not have access to shipping information. As well, the sheer volume of technical email questions makes it difficult for our email staff to gather this information so your shipping status question may or may not be answered. Please call our store for answers to your shipping status questions.
|Shipping Time||Most of our products are in stock and ready to roll. There may be a case when your item has to be custom made or ordered from a manufacturer and necessitates addional time. We will make every effort to get your order out to you as fast as possible.|
|Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
It is ultimately your responsibility to determine that the part(s) you order are the correct items for your vehicle model and year. We will work with you in any reasonable means to insure the product fits your vehicle. Please call or email us for technical information on application and fitment to your vehicle prior to ordering. No refund will be issued, only in-store credit. If store credit is not desired, a 15% restock fee is billed as many of the costs associated with credit card fees, employee time, and shipping are not recoverable when a product is returned.
Core returns: A full refund is offered for undamaged fully functional cores if returned within 90 days of Rocky Road ship date. Core components returned after 90 days are no longer subject to cash refunds, but the monies can be used as credit toward the purchase of other Rocky Road parts. Cores returned after more than 1 year are forfeit. Shipping is not refunded on returned core items.
Core returns will be refunded within 30days of a "request for refund". Rocky Road policy is such that the "request for refund" start date begins on the day the core return is processed in the Rocky Road ship dept which can (but does not usually) require up to 60days from customer's postmark ship date.
|Warranty||Products MANUFACTURED BY Rocky Road Outfitters, llc, are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials or craftsmanship. If a Rocky Road manufactured product is defective and has not been modified prior to installation, we'll replace it.|
|**Guarantee**||Look for the guarantee highlight on those items covered by our lifetime warranty. We build many of our products out of heavy gauge steel for durability and long life. Should your lifetime guaranteed product ever bend out of shape, or suffer structural damage, just sent it back to Rocky Road Outfitters and we'll send a new unit out to you or give you equal credit to a higher priced unit if you like. Warranty only applies to original purchaser of the item and shipping charges to our shop are not covered. Scratches and superficial dings, etc, are not considered structural damage. Warning: do not try to damage products with the Rocky Road guarantee, you will most likely cause serious damage to your vehicle before our product fails.|
