Custom Backspaced Wheels for your 4WD vehicle.
If you have lifted your vehicle and are noticing some rubbing of your big new tires on your leaf springs or other suspension components, or are searching for a wider stance and more stability, custom backspaced wheels are your answer. With our customized backspaced "US WHEEL" brand wheels you pull the tires away from your suspension components by pushing them into a wider stance. The wider stance is also a great benefit to today's 4WD vehicles in that is can provide for more stability. Like the commercials say.... wider is better.
Off the shelf wheels only typically come with backspacing of 5.5" and 3.5". For many vehicles today though, you need to go to a 2" backspacing for the extra width. As an example, if your 4WD vehicle normally comes with a 3.75" backspacing (very common), a custom 2" backspaced wheel would pull your tires out from your springs by 1.75" on each side. This makes quite a bit of difference when trying to keep your suspension from chewing up your tires. Our wheels are all custom ordered and built to order from the factory. Prices listed are for 15" wheels. For any 16" wheel of the same size and style, just add $27 to the listed price. you will need to call our store to place a custom 16" wheel order.
