Take a peek at our 1997 XJ at play in Moab. Sorry for the gloomy picture, it was snowing that day :^(    But we still had fun :^)

We were the Safari officials on this Easter Jeep Safari trail, Behind the Rocks. The obstacle is, Hummer Hill.... aka, The Dome! A list of the mods we've made to the vehicle is below the picture.

Suspension-- 6" prototype long travel suspension using National springs, 1.5" lift shackles, and rear trim packers. Doetsch Tech long travel shocks with our Bar Pin Eliminators. Sway bar disconnects to free up the flex!

Engine-- 4.0 liter (stock). ARB Safari Snorkel with 'ram air' on the highway which helps boost power and gave us an additional 50 miles per tank of gas. K&N Filtercharger.

Armor-- Summit Rockrails. To help cover up from flying rocks and defend against gung-ho ticket writing cops. Quick-disconnect mudflaps. Transfer case skidplate.

Tire/Wheel-- Custom backspaced wheels. Tires are a 33x12.5 BFG. Tires are covered by Bushwacker's new cutout flares.

Cargo-- Mopar rear hitch. Garvin Wilderness rack mounted to the factory rails, 4'6"x6'x6". Hi lift mount, Pull Pal mount, Max Axe mount, Floor kit, and F/R light mounts.

Bumpers-- Rear stock (for the moment). Front ARB Bull Bar housing a Warn 8000 lb winch.

Electrical-- Front and Rear IPF hi output offroad lights. IPF H4 headlights with Magic J-Bulbs. Jacobs headlight brightener kit. Midland (modified and boosted) CB with ARB Bumper antenna mount, R&S on board Hot Water Shower, Infinity amplified 6 speaker sound system.

Gears-- 4.56 with ARBs front and rear.

Drivetrain-- Currie Slip Yoke Eliminator kit with Tom Woods fabricated double carden long travel driveshaft.

.....And we're far from being done!
