The Egg-Roll
Way back when... There were only a handful of Zuks
showing up for the Easter Safari in Moab, Rowe Puckett was one of the orignal
hardcore Zukheads. Rowe was more affectionately known as 'Egg Roll' (an
appropriate 'handle' since he is of Chinese descent and from the stunts
he has pulled).
We tried to tell him that getting out of Mickey's
Hot Tub on the Hell's Revenge Trail in Moab was impossible for a Zuk. Not
to mention going in can be scary for super short wheelbase Zuks. We know
because we've been in there a few times with our Samurais.
Egg Roll decided to go for it and almost ended
up on his lid in a 10' deep hole barely big enough to sit in from bumper
to bumper. Fortunately his windshield frame scraped the side of the hot
tun which stopped his roll.
As is the norm with Zuks, a couple of extra hands
pushed him back up so at least 3 pieces of 35" rubber were touching
and Egg Roll backed out of the hole.
Way to go Rowe!
