Converts your old and weak drum style brakes into a modern, stronger, safer disc brake system. As described below, the Disc Brake Kit comes with everything you need except the braking setup (you also supply your own front calipers and rotors). 

The Disc Brake Kit by itself is intended for those who want disc brakes but wish to run their own brake lines. We carry ours WITH the complete Brake Line Kit. This makes your installation a safe and easy one.

NO WELDING will be required for the kit, it is a bolton system. 

Items included in Disc Brake kit:

2: High quality machined aluminum caliper mounts.
2: Steel adapter plates to go from the 4 bolt pattern on the axle to the five bolt pattern on the wheel and rotor.
8: Grade 8 bolts with matching nylocks and washers.
4: Grade 5 mounting bolts for caliper.
10: New OEM Wheel Studs.

Items included in Brake line kit.

1: Proportioning valve (high quality dial type) to regulate pressure between front and rear brakes.
All brake lines and tee connections needed for installation of kit. The lines will be already bent and cut for easy installation.

*The user will be required to supply their own front calipers, & front rotors. Note with this kit installed the stock e-brake will no longer be used.  

Samurai E-brake kit

The E-brake Kit uses a spot caliper and rotor setup mounted off the output of the transfer case as the e-brake/parking brake. 

This is the perfect item if you want to add some more holding power to your offroad parking brake system. Perfect for those gnarly spots where you have to juggle both foot peddles while feathering the emergency brake too. Super-duper gripping power!!!

Great for use with the rear disc brake kit. 

 Shown bolted up to a Suzuki transfer case (not included in the kit).
